그녀는 평소 운동을 즐기고 건강한 삶을 추구해오며 클라이언트로서 필라테스를 처음 접하게 되었습니다. 몸과 마음이 함께 변화하는 과정을 직접 경험하며 필라테스의 매력에 빠졌고, 2014년부터 필라테스를 가르치기 시작했습니다. 그녀는 2020년부터 Apprentice of Contrology®(도제식 필라테스 지도자 교육과정)의 김지혜 디렉터로부터 클래식 필라테스를 사사하고 우수 졸업했습니다. 졸업 이후에도 지금까지 지속적인 배움의 자세로 Apprentice of Contrology®의 어프렌티스이자 프로가이드로 활동하고 있습니다. 그녀는 필라테스를 통해 경험한 긍정적인 변화를 더 많은 사람들과 나누고자 하는 가이드입니다.
