그녀는 체육대학을 졸업하고 생활 체육 강사로 활동하였습니다, 그녀는 2008년부터 필라테스를 가르치기 시작했습니다. 이후 2013년 POP PILATES™(팝 필라테스) 근무를 시작, 2016년부터 Apprentice of Contrology®(도제식 필라테스 지도자 교육과정)의 김지혜 디렉터로부터 클래식 필라테스를 사사하고 우수 졸업했습니다. 그녀는 졸업 이후에도 지금까지 지속적인 배움의 자세로 Apprentice of Contrology®(도제식 필라테스 지도자 교육과정)의 어프렌티스 그리고 교육가이드로 활동하고 있습니다. 그녀는 필라테스를 그 누구보다 사랑합니다.
